What we consider as Longevity these days, is aligning your health span with your life span as much as possible. And you know what? 70 % of the opportunity to make that happen is in your hands. By adopting a lifestyle that suits your mental and physical health. Only 25-30 % is actually up to your genes.

I wish I could have a cup or two less of coffee and could still have the energy to enjoy my life outside work. To me that seems like a more sustainable healthy option.
I work hard and I make good money with it, but sometimes I worry about the future. Will I still be in good health when I retire? Because I am looking forward to deciding myself, what I want to do with my time. If it is traveling, enjoying time with friends and family, being active in sports or pursuing my hobbies.
A little bit more peace of mind throughout my days sounds like heaven.
Suffering, endless doctors’ visits and hospital stays scare me. This is not what I want when I retire. I wonder what I can do today to prevent that?

The first session will be a bit longer because we need to assess your current state of being.
According to that I will suggest some plans and variations to build in to your life and we will have weekly or bi-weekly check ins to make adjustments, work on resistance or whatever comes up for you.

Hi, I am Kea-Sophie, former attorney and now Longevity Life Design Mentor for attorneys and anybody who is more into their career than their wellbeing.
After a lot of stress and stress-related diseases in my 20s and early 30s I decided to take another loop and start caring for my body and mind. Working long hours as an attorney and spending that much time mostly sitting in front of the computer did not fulfill me at the time.
But: Over 10 years, before I turned into an entrepreneur, it has given me the experience I need today to meet people from my peer at where they are and where they struggle.
Not only have I been trained in life coaching, nutrition, Ayurveda, yoga, meditation, aromatherapy and more over years, I also tried it all out, worked with many clients, read a ton of books and just love this healthy longevity oriented lifestyle.
